The WPC Decking Floor/ Wall Panel/Door frame/Door Panel/WPC Plastic Profile Extrusion Line is a production equipment specially used to manufacture wood plastic composite material. It use extrusion technology to mix wood powder/fiber and plastic materials same as recycle plastic, and then extrude them under high temperature and pressure through an extrusion mechanism to finally form the profiles required for the floor.

The WPC(wood plastic compoaite )Plastic Profile Extrusion Line includes the following main components:

1. Raw material mixing system: The manufacture of wood-plastic decking floor requires the use of raw materials such as wood powder, plastic material and additives. The raw material handling system includes equipment such as storage silos, feeders, crushers, and mixers, which are used to preprocess and mix raw materials to ensure the uniformity and suitability of raw materials.

2. Extruder: The extruder is the core equipment of the wood plastic profile extrusion production line. It consists of screw, barrel and heating system. After pretreatment, the raw materials are transported to the feed port of the extruder.Inside the extruder, the screw rotates to move the material forward, raising temperature and pressure. Under the action of high temperature, high pressure and shear force, the raw material is extruded to form a continuous profile with the required cross-sectional shape.

3. Cooling and calibration system: After the extruded wood plastic profile passes through the extruder, it will be quickly cooled through mould and the cooling system to solidify the material and maintain its shape. The cooling system can use water tanks or cooling rollers to cool the profiles. The cooled profile is cut to the required length using a cutting device.

4. Surface treatment system: WPC flooring profiles can be surface treated to increase texture and aesthetics. Surface treatment systems include embossing machines, sanding machines, spraying machines and other equipment, which are used to process the surface of profiles, such as processing wood grain textures or spraying processes.
